1 pack Maccheroni pasta 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 pound white small button mushrooms 4 cloves of garlic salt to taste ground black pepper to taste parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Mushrooms: Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic.
Place a large non-stick frying pan on a medium-high heat, add olive oil, mushrooms.
Saute mushrooms for 5 minutes, or until golden, tossing regularly.
Add garlic, mix and saute for one minute.
Next, season mushrooms with salt and black pepper.
Assemble: Toss drained pasta and finely chopped parsley into the mushroom pan and stir everything together.
Serve pasta on a plate or shallow bowl topped it with finely grated Parmesan.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately.
