HEALTHY NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 4 teaspoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Stir ingredients together. Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until combined.
  • Chill. Move the mixture to a container, cover with plastic foil. Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until it will harden slightly.
  • Shape. Shape them into small balls and roll them thru shredded coconut.
  • Serve or refrigerate. Store energy bites in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
