HEALTHY NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES

Made with almonds, walnuts, dates, mix nuts butter, cacao powder, oats, vanilla and coconut flakes.

- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 4 teaspoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoon peanut butter
Stir ingredients together. Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until combined.
Chill. Move the mixture to a container, cover with plastic foil. Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until it will harden slightly.
Shape. Shape them into small balls and roll them thru shredded coconut.
Serve or refrigerate. Store energy bites in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
