Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 small mushrooms cans
- ½ bunch dill chopped
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt
- ground black pepper
Instructions
- Drain well the water from the cans and chop mushrooms as small as possible.
- Add chopped dill, crushed garlic, mayo, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and refrigerate before serving.
- Serve mushroom salad cold with fresh bread.
- In this recipe mayo can be replaced with heavy cream.
