Chia seeds pudding with blueberries, banana, clementine and coconut flakes
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Pour mixture into jars or glass containers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4-5 hours.
- Keep covered in the fridge for 4-5 days.
- Before serving, stir once again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
- Serve chilled with desired toppings, such as fresh blueberries, strawberry, banana slices, clementine or coconut flakes.
